Christopher Fuzy MS, RD, LD completed a bachelors degree in Dietetics and Nutrition with a minor in chemistry at Florida State University, & graduated with honors and Masters Degree in Clinical & Sports Nutrition and conducted dietetic clinicals in the Houston Texas Medical Center in 1987. His master's thesis on was on the topic of sports nutrition. After graduate school, Christopher became the Chief Clinical Dietitian at Plantation General Hospital and worked with hospitalized patients on a inpatient and out patient basis.

In 1990, Mr. Fuzy started his own company Lifestyle Nutrition Inc. Fort Lauderdale Florida, which implements wellness programs in physician offices, elite spas, health clubs, and corporations throughout the U.S. To date Christopher has trained approximately over 700 physicians, nurses, and nutritionists nationwide with the Lifestyle Nutrition Program. Christopher has 2 private practices in Fort. Lauderdale & Boca Raton, Florida & recently, April 2008, Christopher founded, Genetic Nutrition, which specializes in DNA Testing to determine genetic health risks & to provide customized nutritional whole food supplements based on your genetics to individuals and health care practitioners nationwide.

Christopher is originally from White Plains New York, & has lived in East Fort Lauderdale Florida for the past 30 plus years.
